Design to lockout virtually any size and shape quarter turn valve
Accomodates both standard and odd-shaped handles, up to 1-1/4" (32mm) thick and 1-5/8" (41 mm) Wide
Lockout arm ratchets to lock at any angle, and works with insulated pipes
Assures the best fit every time
Add on separate lockout arm (No. 479) to lock handles in throttled position and to lockout 3-, 4- and 5-way valves.
Complete the lockout with Master Lock Safety padlock
